While we are currently safe from immediate danger, the ongoing fires and subsequent Wilderness closures continue to effect both our family business and the regional economy. As of today, the BWCA has been completely closed for six days, with a continued closure until Friday, July 24th.
The Boundary Waters are just as important to us as they are to you. We hope the evacuation and closure of the Wilderness assists the USFS with its ongoing efforts to ensure the beautiful spaces we love are there for us when we return. Until then, we are opening up the below portal to donations in support of our business and livelihoods in this trying time.
