2020 at HJO

Dear Friends,

The 2020 summer paddling season is almost upon us.  We will open when Minnesota is open for traveling away from home and the BWCAW is open for canoeing and camping.

As you can imagine, Hungry Jack Outfitters will be operating a little differently this year.  Most of you know we prioritize cleaning and we’ll continue to do that with extra effort going forward.

We will be wearing masks when we are around our staff and guests; we will practice physical distancing of 6 or more feet between people; we will wear gloves when appropriate and have hand sanitizer available too.

We ask that you have and wear a mask when you are near others on our property, practice physical distancing and have clean hands.  Please bring your own mask(s).

We will do most gear and information exchanges outside; there will be a limited number of people in the office at any time.  Letting us know prior to your arrival any gear you will need will be very helpful this year.  We can still assist with last minute items when needed.

The Boundary Waters is a place of solace and comfort to so many of us, we look forward to helping you with your 2020 adventure.  Give us a call!  218-388-2275
